EFT And School Anxiety
by Emily
Hi, I tried EFT a little bit with my daughter. She is a very shy little girl, actually she is very like me at her age! She has only just started school and is finding it very stressful. I have not used EFT on myself, but I thought, why not give it a go? I found the instructions reasonably easy to follow, and was reassured that I couldn't do anything wrong. I couldn't really get her to use the 1 - 10 scale, I think she is probably a bit young to understand what that meant. So it was hard to see if it was making her feel better or not. In the end she got bored so I figured that was a good time to stop. I didn't think much more of it for a day or two, then I realized she was bouncing out of bed and rushing to get dressed and pack her bag. What a difference! Before she was saying she was tired or she didn't want to pack her bag, or she had a tummy ache. This whole week I have dropped her at the gate, instead of having to take her into the class. Maybe she has just got used to the routine, but I think this worked! I might give it a go myself next time! Thank You
