Drawn When She Was Two Years Old

My Home

My daughter name is Anushka Udeshni. She is a Medical student.

I realized that she had a great talent for art. Therefore I bought whatever she acquired to make her efforts successful.

One day after coming home from work she showed me what she had drawn. She had drawn a flower. At that time she was only two years old. From that day onwards she drew more and more pictures.

When she was three years old she drew a picture and called it "my home". It was very good and I submitted it to a children's news paper. It was a published in the papers.

When she was 12 years old 103 of her drawings appeared in many news paper.

She sent her drawings to the Television children's programme too. About 30 of her drawing shown. When she was 4 years old she submitted a drawing and obtained a certificate.

After that she sent her drawings to various art competitions and received awards, for 1st , 2nd , 3rd places.

She participated for Island-wide and International art competitions. She was able to obtain ,silver, bronze medals and certificates. She obtained 73 awards and certificates.

When she was 22 years she went to China for higher education. Although she was a good artist she disconnected her ability for art.

Hi Stella,
What a talented daughter you have, I hope she has not given up art altogether, even if she just paints or draws for pleasure. She will need something to balance life as a doctor, and having something creative to do is a wonderful gift to have.

She clearly loved drawing and painting from an early age, but is also a high achiever, having entered so many competitions.
